Dr. Noorani is honored to participate as a volunteer dentist with Global Kindness Foundation based in Vancouver, Canada. GKF serves impoverished, poor, and orphaned children in third-world countries by bringing dental, medical, and optical services to these nations. Since 2009, GKF has sent missions to Haiti, Tanzania, Kenya, Peru, Cambodia, India, and Iraq.
Locally, Dr. Noorani has worked with Dental Lifeline Network in New York to provide free, comprehensive dental treatment to eligible patients.
